All locations the delivery fee is only R85.

We make use of two secure payment gateways - Ozow & PayFast or you can do a standard EFT - all 3 options are available on checkout:

• • Ozow - this is a secure Instant EFT payment option from any of the 6 large SA banks. (Your order status will be updated immediately after successful payment), EFT details are processed directly on Ozow and Cell Nutrition does not have access to the information.
  • PayFast - for secure payment by Credit Card or Debit Card (Visa or Master Card), card details are processed directly on PayFast and Cell Nutrition does not have access to the information.
  • EFT - you can make your payment directly into our bank account.NB! We carry stock of most items, and aim to send out orders on the same day or no later than the next day.

Delivery to Cape Town and surrounding areas are generally next day.

Delivery to other locations will generally take 2 days.

The site is protected by SSL (the HTTPS you see in front of the web address) and is hosted on a secure server that is backed up daily.

All payments are done through PayFast a secure payment gateway (Cell-Nutrition does not have access to your credit card or other payment details - this is handled by PayFast).

Your order is received by Cell-Nutrition.

We then pack your order for shipment via courier.

The courier collects daily by 2pm and delivers the product to the address you provided

Yes, the system generates and invoice for you.  Cell Nutrition is a trade name of Something Natural CC that is VAT registered (VAT No 4770182998) and will issue a Tax Invoice.

Cell Nutrition is a trade name of Something Natural CC (Reg No 1999/33948/23) that has been supplying the public with health products for the last 20 years and has also been supplying health shops as a distributor at wholesale prices.  The online store is a new aspect of the business and has only been operational since 2019.

All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to return the product within the 7 day period if for any reason you might not happy with the product.
